Rooted GNex, will I still receive OTA?

Hi, my Verizon galaxy nexus is unlocked and rooted, but I never installed other roms or kernels. Looks like verizon jelly bean OTA will start rolling out pretty soon; will I still be able to receive OTA on my phone?
If not, do I need to re-lock and factory reset my phone to receive official jelly bean upgrade?

As long as you don't change anything you'll get OTAs just fine. You'll likely lose root when you do, but can re-root easily afterwards.

If you use ROM manager and flash a custom recovery, you won't get the OTA.

Get OTA Root Keeper in the market. Make a copy of your root and you won't have to re-root after the OTA.
