Hey guys,
Im a newbie here, this is my first post.
I rooted my sprint galaxy Note 2 and everything according to this post here: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...print-guide-how-root-unroot-sprint-note2.html , I flashed it thru TWRP
I have Superuser and root explorer, but when I try to rename any system file or open any file in a text editor, it says that the file is read-only and I can't play with it. Isnt this the whole purpose of rooting to be able to access and rewrite whatever i want?
ps: I do have permission from Superuser to use root explorer.
What do I do? Everything seemed to go smooth and i did the steps one by one.
Im running jelly bean 4.1.2 with stock ROM.
PLEASE HELP!!
