I want to view the Sky Go app on my Zoostorm tablet but I can't as my tablet is rooted. Will I need to unroot my tablet? And if so then how do I do it?

I have no idea what superuser manager is in the tablet.

What you can try to do is disable root to see if the sky app will work. I can help you more on this if you tell me what app you are using to manage the root access (SuperSU, Superuser, etc.) If not, you can check the developer/development options in the settings menu to see if you can disable root access.

After disabling root access, maybe the app will work. Let me know if anything comes up.

I haven't installed either SuperSU or Superuser.
What can I do to disable root without downloading the apps?

Swipe to the info section on the left. Check "temp unroot" and then run your sky go app again to see if it will run then.

I installed Superuser and clicked temp unroot but it didn't work. I then installed SuperSU but it wanted to download some file so I didn't know if it would even work.
