Rooting an Ultratab by Jazz C954

I have a ultratab by Jazz C954 I am trying to root. It is chinese made. Has anyone out there had one of these? I have tryed several different rooting programs but no success. So far ive ben useing One Click but it stops halfway thru and asks for ABD/USB drivers. I cant find them. Can someone out there help me?
