Rooting keeps messing up

Ok I thought I was rooted and mayb I was cause I was able to use drocap but notw iam not rooted anymore, I tried the one click method and phone keeps freezin.... After reboot I dont get anything about media sync, usb debug is on and stay awake, so I wait 5 mins to make sure and press enter and in cmd promt it say complete and then device not found.
ADB method- I get to the point where adb restarts and phone frezzes.

Any help would b great
