Rooting with rom help?

Does anyone have a custom rom for Sprint Samsung Galaxy S4 (Model: SPH-L720) stock 4.2.2, that completely and safely removes all bloatware except stock tools such as video, s memo, clock, stock browser, calender, YouTube, calculator, Gmail, etc. using Odin to flash it?

Thanks, I'm currently unrooted. I'm also at work, I figured I'd make a post and hope someone could link me to a custom rom file with a step by step on how to install it properly, so when I get home, I can go about it.

I have been twice before. I have the CF root file on my comp. all I have to do is connect my phone and start it up. I just need the custom rom file amd any tips on installing it.

Most ROMs flash with a custom recovery installed.
I would make a back up first.
