Rumor or Fact ?

Google is working on the upcoming Version of Android OS - Key Lime Pie. Last year also there were rumors about the release of the same but at that time the release date was not declared. As per the reports of techradae.com, this OS version likely to come between April and June 2013. Anyone knows if this is a fact or just a rumor like the previous one?
