Can you run ART on a VZW s3? I don't see the settings in Developer options.

No, you cannot. Even on 4.4.x. Intentionally disabled on this device and most other Samsung devices. I think S5 and Note 3 can but no other non-rooted devices. Darn shame, too, as that was one of my chief desires for 4.4

Bummer. Oh well, I have an upgrade coming in Sept and looking for Z2 or G3.
