running script on android box

Hi
How can i run the following script on my android box
I'm using a windows 10 on my usb stick i have the adb program and the script that i found

To look if my android bakje have corejava directory.

I can connect by adb to my android box
do commando's
Like dis example adb shell ls
or like dis example adb shell
ls

The question is how can i run the script that is on my uysb stick and have the letter F
I can't make my android root and is also read only i think
