Just received this tab and i dont find no check box for network time setting. Just manual setting

I guess I used my cell phone to initially set the time manually . Seems after two months to be right on.

Now that you said that, I wonder where it gets the time (if it is not a 3g/carrier based device) - some internal app that communicates with a server somewhere? Mine has not been out of its home time zone. But it still tracks the time on my phone accurately.

finally got a reply -not from Samsung: they must have difficulties reading English-
No mobile data network => no time client
Wifi? What's that??

Unhappy? Buy another tab
BTW, there no notification LED either
