S Health Galaxy S4 Update Problem

The upgrade (as they vall it) is not worth having. Can you count your cups of coffee? If you need a phone to track that your in big trouble. The step counter had a good competitions going and you could see yourself progress as you put forth more effort. Of coarse in there upgrade that they force on your phone, they have eliminated what worked and what was good for a bunch of worthless garbage. Lg has a step counter that works as well as Samsungs. also a nice bright screen. That will be my next phone as it is priced much better.

I think that is sound advice. I have been very frustrated with the s-health forced upgrades. They are now happening more than once a day and I lose the steps accumulated before the upgrade forces itself upon my phone. Is there anyway to stop the upgrade from happening??? I have written the company many times and all they tell me is I can (and do) remove it after it installs itself. Each time counter goes back to zero. Some days I have had over 10,000 steps and it goes back to zero for the day. Tired of this. I too recommend not getting reliant in anyway on Samsung phones for your health unit. Buy a watch to count your steps or even an inexpensive pedometer and save the frustration of becoming involved with there software upgrades. If anyone knows how to turn that off pse let me know.

Very very frustrated
