S Note sync does not work

Hi,

I have the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 and Galaxy S4.
On both devices I use S Note with sync options set to my Samsung Account. Unfortunately the note written on one device is not shown on the second one. Any idea about reasons?

I exported mine from one device and imported it on the other. You might give that a try and perhaps after they're on both devices your sink will work.
