S pen button not responding on Note 3

S pen button doesn't bring up menu like it used to. I'm thinking something got disabled or turned off somewhere, I downloaded a few battery saving apps that shut down active processes. I checked settings, s pen, didn't find anything. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks guys.

I would uninstall these battery saving programs. Reboot and see if that works.

Try going into System Settings > Controls > About halfway down under "Motion Control" make sure Air Command is toggled ON.
