S pen hover not working

Since my update to Kit Kat I have noticed that when I hover my S pen over app folders, gallery folders and action memo "actions" they no longer expand or give me detailed information. I have factory reset and cleared partition cache and cannot get to work. Any fix?

Air View in Controls. It's not under S-Pen confusingly.
My experience is KitKat reset a lot of things, especially Account Sync settings, to their default values.
