S Pen issue?

I actually think it's a good thing. I've had situations where the Spen was partially ejected on the Note 20 and I'm certain it could fall out out on its own.

Note 3/4 had a textured pen, then they made it smooth with the 5 and they've practically slid out of the phones since. Glad it's textured again but I still don't need a new phone. Lol

My issue is the tip. Much too rubbery, and isn't as smooth as the older pens.

Did Samsung not include the 3 extra tips (two plastic, two silicon) this time?

No tips nor tip removal tool in box. I actually don't recall if they were included with the N20U either.

Looks like I gotta find my Note 10+ box....I knew I kept those old phone boxes around for a reason....

I noticed this also I thought it was probably just with my unit not a big deal for me though don't use s-pen that much

And that, kids, is why we never throw out the box 🙂

Haha! The good old days!
That's what a unboxing should look like when u pay top dollar for premium device , imagine u bought a 2k ring and they rolled it up in tissue and handed it to you and said we need to save on packaging

Are replacement tips sold at Amazon and Best Buy?

I agree it's a tighter fit and takes more effort to remove the pen on the S22 Ultra. I don't recall ever having this issue with my other Note phones dating back to the Note 2.

Just wondering if the custom colored devices have the same grippy, silicone feeling S-Pens? Sooner they actually match the device color didn't know if the material was similar or different.

One year Verizon did that with one model....cheap cardboard inserts and they put all the accessories in cheap plastic bags and the cable in a cheap twist tie

I've never actually had to replace a tip but I don't keep my devices much beyond a year. The only reason I still had the Note 20 was because they skipped the 21.
Yeah i dont ever remember replacing my tips before , i think i still have the Note 9 tips with tool in the box
