S Pen makes whoosh activation sound when not deployed!

Galaxy Note 5...I rarely use the S Pen. Have never inserted it backwards or anything. It's been making the activation sound (that sword whoosh sound) like it's being pulled out...but when it's just sitting there, not even being touched! It's starting to do it A LOT! It pulls up the Air Command menu, too. It will also do it when I'm on the phone, texting, browsing...anything, or nothing.
