S Pen takes a while to kick in

The S Pen takes about 30-45 seconds to initialize as in the Air Command doesn't show up immediately after I pull out the S Pen. Is this normal?

No it's not. Have you tried starting your phone in Safe mode?

Yeah, in safe mode too it behaves the same. So annoying? Will doing a reset help?

I honestly don't know. Maybe its a sensor thing. My Air Command comes up before I even have time to get the pen fully out of the silo. If you're going to do a reset, be sure to back up first.
