S Pen Won't Take Photos on Galaxy Note 9

It used to work fine. I would simply remove the pen, open the camera app, then click the pen button to snap a photo. Now the pen button no longer snaps photos. Any suggestions for fixing?

Try a resart, if doesn't fix look into the settings maybe need to enable the camera by long press the spen in notification drop down panel and see the settings there

Same here. I had to redo settings multiple time. Go into S-pen settings.

So it was off , you can toggle it on or off from notifications drop down panel.

It was on. For some reason it wasn't working. Had to go in and out of settings a few times to get it to work again.

It's unlikely to help the OP, because it sounds like it's a more long-term thing, but it should be mentioned just in case that it will not work as a remote if the phone's in airplane mode. What they did that, I don't know. It was frustrating when I traveled abroad recently.

Probably turns off bluetooth service .

I should have clarified that this occurs even after turning Bluetooth back on (while keeping it in airplane mode).
