S Planner has deleted all of my events

[Android Central Question]

I went to open my S Planner and everything I had is deleted. I put a lot of information there that I rely on and it is all gone. My phone is the Samsung Galaxy Core Lite and I've had it for about three years now. I looked at App Info and I can't click Clear Cache only Force Stop and Clear Data which I know I shouldn't do. I've checked if it's synced to either of my emails, and it isn't. I haven't touched my S Planner in a week and it was working just fine then.
