s view configuration

Hey guys; I have a doubt that its driving me crazy. Is it there any way to config or setup the s view notification panels with the s view cover other than the option under the accesory config section? Im asking cause i would really need that the sview window stay lit up longer when i receive any notification. In fact, it would be also cool to be able to fully play with the notifications in that area.

It has to be a way!!!
