S Voice and Calendar time incorrect

Hi,
If use SVoice to create an entry in my calendar it displays the correct time but within details it uses an incorrect UTC time and the notification will be based on the incorrect time.
For example I'll use S voice and say "set meeting for 11pm tonight"

It creates the entry correctly - if you look at it in monthly or daily view the meeting is blocked out for the correct 11pm - which for me is Eastern time. But when I click on details it lists it as 3:00am GMT+0.00 UTC - and the notification is based off of the incorrect time. I looked at all my setting and they are set for Eastern time.

Any suggestions?

Mine had changed until I clicked the box saying "lock time zone" or something like that.

Uh, isn't 11 pm Eastern the same as 3 am GMT (it's GMT minus 4 hours)? It's typical of apps to use GMT as the reference time, although they should be smart enough to show the time in the current time zone time.
Anyway, if you're not happy with what's being shown, try unchecking both of the automatic settings and use the manual setting and see what happens.
