Often when I try to use S Voice, it comes back with a no network connection error even though there's either a 4G or WiFi connection. Sometimes after a few minutes it will work, but I've had to restart the phone on occasion to get it to connect. Clearing the data for the app didn't work.

It does appear that if I do something like access a web site from the browser, after that S Voice can get the connection.

I haven't had that occur, yet, but I have had it take a really long time to respond to my query compared to the GS4 when I had it.

You need to have your device rooted and Samsung.
First, download a app like Root Manager or explorer, Idk what exactly its called...
Go to System, hold on to build.prop and touch open in text editor.

Go to the 15th line there it says ro.product.model=Insert the Galaxy S4 Model number, and click menu and Save and exit.
Now, restart your device and your good!

make sure to delete your devices model before you insert the GS4 model.

I found that if you go into settings, application manager, then hit clear cache, then hit clear data and then turn off the app and then turn it back on.

When I did this SVoice started working again with no problems.

I'm having this issue on a S3, would I still enter S4?

Clearing cache and data, and Turing off the app did nothing.

S-Voice on my S4 has completely stopped working now. I've tried clearing the cache, app data, and restarting the phone, but nothing works. Has anyone found a solution?

In Application manager:
1- Clear cash.
2- Clear data.
3- Force stop (not the ordinary closing of the app, but "force stop" from within "application manager").
*** Make sure you are already connected to Wifi before proceeding ****
4- Double press middle key (to start S voice app).

you are good to go :-)
