I needed to replace it because it came messed up
Chat with Samsung online. I got them to send me 2 replacements for my S10+ I used to have.

It really feels like Verizon doesn't have any accessories for this phone. Went to two Verizon stores today looking for a screen protector. No dice. Anyone having similar issues?

I thought the S10 5G is a flagship phone but nobody is treating it like one. Samsung has 1 case on their website for it...!!!
Very weird.
Maybe when it's released to other carriers there will be more support(?)
and a nice designer Stone 17oz Water Bottle with a Verizon 5G logo on it:

Do you guys still have FM radio on the US?Have there been any recent OS updates? Just wondering if the FM chip has been activated yet? Still curious why Verizon only disabled it on the 5G and not the standard S10 or S10+. Seems pointless. Even if I was on 5G I would still listen to terrestrial radio on the FM chip not streamed. Had the phone and returned it over this. If it returns I will be moving back to the 5G. Liked everything else about it.
No I didn't mean that derogatory in any way - it was a serious question as they turned off FM radio here, there's only DAB+Really? For us 40 somethings we still listen to it and there is some good stuff at least in the SF Bay. 2 college stations that play some avant garde stuff you are hard pressed to find elsewhere. Us old guys like it. Also, in a disaster more likely to pull in a radio station than stream considering if a tower is destroyed you will have no signal and with the increased load of people calling/checking on line the bandwidth will be gone on cellular

So I was a bit surprised that an FM radio receiver would make a difference in the purchase decision.
I'm in my early 40s and also one of those old guys lol
We don't have satellite radio in Europe, so they went with terrestrial digital radio instead. There are quite a few European states that have already turned off FM altogether. In the US the system is similar to DAB in that it displays song info, artist, station, etc if you have an HD Tuner. Basically it uses the old analog system as a base and if you have an HD tuner it switches to compressed digital transmission with subchannels. The FM Chip in phones only pull in the analog portion of it though.
