S10 vs S20 fingerprint sensor face-off?

I tried it once and got a notification telling me to keep that fat, ugly mug away from the screen seriously, though I don't have the s10 but the note 10+ I found the face unlock to be extremely reliable. In fact sometimes too reliable when it actually unlocks by just picking the phone up to place in my pocket. I would say it would be the same for the s10 since they are almost the same phone.

Owning both I can't tell th he difference

I had the s10 and I couldn't use the fps, it was so bad I wanted to throw the phone out the window so I used face unlock. My note 10+ though not perfect works at least 90% of the time usually. I had and have whitestone on both models. I do miss just a regular fps button personally.

Face Unlock works fine for me on my S10+ both with and without spectacles.

Even if is the same sensor and technology, hopefully it's a larger area. I feel like many of my misreads are actually just due to not placing my finger squarely on the reader.
