I am not a doctor, but I think the headaches you are experiencing may be due to other situations, in addition to potential eye strain from using your phone. I get eye strain headaches sometimes too. Frustrating, for sure!
Is it raining a lot where you are? I get headaches when the barometric pressure drops.
If you are stressed, you may experience headaches.
If you are dehydrated or hungry, you may get headaches as well (this happens to me often).
I guess what I'm trying to say is, correlation does not equal causation. It may not be your new phone, specifically - it could be other things. We are living in very stressful times right now - getting headaches and feeling overwhelmed are definitely a part of that.
Keep well, drink water, and take a breath. If you need anything, we are here.![]()
Also location could have something to do with it. I live in Georgia, and the pollen has really gone nuts the past several days. No matter how much Claritin I take I just have a constant headache b/c of seasonal allergies right now. Add that in with potential eye strain, and it's a recipe for headaches.
