I too have been notified by FedEx that the phone was picked up this morning (unlocked Ultra 256GB), arriving Wednesday. My credit card doesn't show a charge yet (not even a pending charge), and Samsung still shows In Process (with no tracking number) rather than Shipped, but presumably those will update soon.
Unfortunately, FedEx isn't showing me an option to divert the delivery to Walgreens or to a FedEx office ("Due to shipper restrictions, additional delivery options are not available for this shipment"). There's a choice to reschedule to another day though, or to schedule an evening delivery for a $6 fee.
