Same here. Nothing yet other than it says in process since Tuesday when the cancel button disappeared.

I'm off this weekend and was really hoping to get it! I don't think their going to overnight it.

Pretty sure I will be calling them again tomorrow complaining which doesn't help! I might even tell them to cancel the order since it didn't come as promised, especially since I pre-ordered day one to get it early!

I know it's crazy! I'm calling back I just forgot the number to sales. I have to look it up again. People on the UK thread said they just got shipping info this am and are getting tomorrow so maybe they will do overnight for us. But yes it's not fair we ordered the 15th early. Others that ordered after us are getting theirs I think. I guess the Verizon 512 is popular and they didn't make enough.

Expedited shipping on their site is 2 days, express is 1 day. Unless the order changes to express I don't see the delivery happening tomorrow. Samsung screwed this up for Verizon branded phones. I saw a few others with Verizon ordered through Samsung not shipping yet.

Can you explain this a little more? Just fall samsung and ask for free wired earphones with USB c connector and they will send?! That's all there is to it?

I like my Tech 21 Evo Check case. Even called up Samsung and requested a complimentary pair of the AKG wired earbuds. They obliged. The CS agent said I should have them in about a week. Use them for business calls and listening to podcasts.

Are those AKG headphone a USB type C plug or a 3.5mm jack? If you happen to know?

Called Samsung...out of stock on 256 Verizon Ulta ....can't believe it...so have to wait till they are back in stock...despite pre-ordering:-(....hopefully before Feb 23rd they will get new stock.

Yeah, I asked when I was on the phone with Samsung this morning (accidently got connected to tech support when I was trying to ask about why my phone had not shipped). The tech representative told me that they stopped doing that, and wont send anymore. I was thinking to circle back and ask sales. I was assuming it was a USB type C plug. Hopefully, we will hear the secret from "Pags11". . .

Still where I was as of Monday... No charge to CC, no shipping info, no cancel button... Samsung app and website still say ships by 27th... Three hours of that day left here in PST...

11:32am this morning (PST), got the text from samsung that order had shipped. Looked it up on Fedex, and it is an overnight order that shipped today (from Irving, TX), scheduled delivery per Fedex by 800pm tomorrow night.

Hope that holds true.

Order is quite disjointed oddly. . . looks like s21 ultra and smart tag due to arrive tomorrow, white silicone case on the 1st, buds on the 2nd, s view cover with s pen on the 9th. . . heres hoping. . .

Wow. I ordered on the 14th Verizon 512gb and still crickets!! Just says processing delivery by Jan 29th.
