S21 Preorder Samsung Online

Received my S21 Ultra (Verizon), but no accessories. I'm hesitant to use it without a case.

I'm not sure what's more frustrating, not having the phone or having it but not being able to use it.

During the pandemic all carriers ( fed ex, ups, usps) are told to let no one touch your scanner.

I am a carrier for USPS and that's true. We aren't supposed to let people touch our scanners. But they still left notice for me yesterday. I had to drive half a hour to get my phone from the fed ex sorting facility. I wish they shipped through USPS cause then it would be so much easier for me. Lol

On Fedex app, I have a shipment from Samsung listed as well now. Delivery Wednesday, 1/27. Signature required so should be phone.

I'm tick'd!
They delivered mine to my steps and then pulled off. No knock on door or nothing.

I have strict delivery rules because the neighborhood has had some problems.

Strange! I got some new Nike's 3 weeks ago, They knocked on my door and I signed something. Looked like a Zebra Scanner to me. That's what Fed X uses.
I'm all for rules, and they l you're right they did install temporary restrictions on scanner use.
I guess my delivery driver wasn't schooled yet.

Well, originally I just called the 800 customer service number and it sent me to their tech support department. It was clear to me that the people in that department weren't going to be able to get it done, so I just politely asked to be transferred to sales.

Well, its all good. I don't want to hassle anything else. You guys have done too much to them already lol.

Charged mine right away...even though it's not coming till Feb 23rd...when I called yesterday they told me if it happens to come in stock sooner they will email. Titanium sounds like a great color!

I received my phone a few days ago. Very slippery feel. I am scared I will drop the phone. I upgraded from 10+ and about the same size. I actually canceled some accessories and waiting on credit again as they gave me $250 as an early pre order. Overall the phone is a great upgrade

I didn't have to sign but Fedex driver rang doorbell and stood in yard until I came to door. It was dark so hoping if I didn't come to door he would have taken with him.

I know right it's awful! I kept being told I would get it today. I was even going to switch and get from Verizon but they said I wouldn't get till 2/5 so I decided to wait it out. My order hasn't changed and my husbands is the same too. His cancel button went away a few days ago and his changed to created. Mine still has cancel button no CC charge or Fed-Ex info it's crazy! Every time we upgrade we go through this. I never get my phone on time. Bet I could go to BB right now and buy one but than I would miss out on all my accessories plus the buds. That extra $60 was nice.

They are giving me a 10% refund on the order since of didn't ship on time.

Hey, So I had a call back with Samsung I don't believe anything they tell me anymore. He says he sees my ticket number where they called the warehouse is documented and that it's noted that we will get our phones Fri the 30th. I said today is Fri it's the 29th. He said just cause we don't see any shipping yet not to worry about it he is a 100% sure and can guarantee we will get our phones tomorrow. I said oh so Fed-Ex runs on Saturday? He said yes they have a ton of shipments going out. I said well how come everyone else I've spoke to this week said we would definitely get it today and they were wrong. I said what makes you think your right about tomorrow? He said it's noted on my account and he is so sure it'll be tomorrow which I don't believe. I said well my husband took a vacation day today just so he could be here for Fed-Ex and that was a waste.

So anyway I am not getting my hopes up but thought I would let you know the latest on what they told me. I just checked out CC still haven't been charged.
