S21 Preorder Samsung Online

Received my unlocked S20 Ultra 256 GB in Phantom Black this morning. Came with Galaxy Buds Pro and a new wall charger. We had a lot of snow in our area today and I was concerned delivery might have been delayed. FedEx doesn't screw around!


Everything else went well, including the Smart Switch process. Used the cable for the first time instead of Wi-Fi and I HIGHLY recommend that method. It transferred over my Samsung calendar successfully this year, unlike last year. Boy that was a mess, and I was relieved this year seeing everything transferred over properly.

What cable did you use? I plan on doing the smart switch for the first time this year.

I ordered the regular S21 128GB (unlocked) Phantom Gray from Samsung on Monday January 25. I just received it today January 28. The FedEx shipping info said "Signature Required". When the FedEx worker handed me the package and walked away I asked him if he needed my signature. He said "I got it. You're Edward aren't you?". I said "Yes". I was perplexed until I remembered that I think he took my picture. I guess taking your picture now substitutes for signatures now.

Yeah, I asked when I was on the phone with Samsung this morning (accidently got connected to tech support when I was trying to ask about why my phone had not shipped). The tech representative told me that they stopped doing that, and wont send anymore. I was thinking to circle back and ask sales. I was assuming it was a USB type C plug. Hopefully, we will hear the secret from "Pags11". . .

Yea just talked to a samsung rep. It looked like they were gonna help me out and give me wired headphones but when i said i ordered through a carrier they said to go ask them. But I know them theyll just tell me to go ask samsung. I gave up. I still got the buds pro coming.

I go to the cameras and rolled back to the FED X delivery, he just left it!!

WTH. No door knock, no whistling, no nothing.
I installed the cameras because neighbors had things taken and deliveries stolen.

I'm glad we got the phone but it still says it hasn't shipped yet.
Oh well

Were you thinking of these Samsung Type-C Headphones, Black. I used the $150 credit to get Buds+ and a 25w charger.

Samsung gives you a USB-C cable but does not include a charger.

I'm not sure what's more frustrating, not having the phone or having it but not being able to use it.

So you got yours even though you never got a shipping notice? Cuz I still have the cancel button and we have no shipping information but Samsung keeps saying we're supposed to get them tomorrow.

Finally got my FedEx label created today and says will be delivered by Feb 1st.

Well day 2 fedex didn't deliver to me when I was home all day. Gave another excuse. At this point I don't care. Samsung doesn't allow me to change the delivery at all due to restrictions. If it goes back to Samsung oh well. I hate fedex so much.

I just called their sales department and told them that I understood that they weren't sending out charging bricks or earbuds this year to help "save the environment". Proceeded to tell them that the ones from my S20 Ultra were not working as well of late and that I wanted to request a complimentary pair. The girl I spoke with was very nice and professional. Took about 5 minutes for here to submit the order and verify my information.

Well, originally I just called the 800 customer service number and it sent me to their tech support department. It was clear to me that the people in that department weren't going to be able to get it done, so I just politely asked to be transferred to sales.

What cable did you use? I plan on doing the smart switch for the first time this year.

Used the cable that came in the box of my S21 Ultra. Figured it was the newest and it worked with no issues. Much faster than the Wi-Fi transfers I've done with Smart Switch in the past.

I know same here and I tried to call back Samsung. Well I put in for a call backbecause earlier there was a 90-minute wait and my phone didn't ring in my house. Well now it says there's a 2-hour wait and I'm working but I got my phone on vibrate and it should be around 9:00.

During the pandemic all carriers ( fed ex, ups, usps) are told to let no one touch your scanner.
