S21 Preorder Samsung Online

Hey, So I had a call back with Samsung I don't believe anything they tell me anymore. He says he sees my ticket number where they called the warehouse is documented and that it's noted that we will get our phones Fri the 30th. I said today is Fri it's the 29th. He said just cause we don't see any shipping yet not to worry about it he is a 100% sure and can guarantee we will get our phones tomorrow. I said oh so Fed-Ex runs on Saturday? He said yes they have a ton of shipments going out. I said well how come everyone else I've spoke to this week said we would definitely get it today and they were wrong. I said what makes you think your right about tomorrow? He said it's noted on my account and he is so sure it'll be tomorrow which I don't believe. I said well my husband took a vacation day today just so he could be here for Fed-Ex and that was a waste.

So anyway I am not getting my hopes up but thought I would let you know the latest on what they told me. I just checked out CC still haven't been charged.

Yeah. They have no clue!
 
Charged mine right away...even though it's not coming till Feb 23rd...when I called yesterday they told me if it happens to come in stock sooner they will email. Titanium sounds like a great color!
That's just authorization it'll drop off after a week and again appears as an authorization. The actually charge won't be posted until it's ready to ship. Common practice and that's how it works every where if you paid via credit/debit cards. They only charge immediately if you pay via PayPal.

Did a chat. Have the chat number and will have to call with that to get the refund after order arrives. Whenever that is!!

Ok thanks! I'll do a chat later. I did the call back estimated time was 69 minutes and once again my phone didn't ring in the house. So now it said 169 minute call time LOL! I have to go to work. Husband is upset to we're not getting them today he took off work today.
 
I don’t mind waiting tbh, if I ordered the phantom black it would have shipped on February 19 so I don’t mind waiting the extra couple days for the titanium color it’s all good????????????

Even had a chat rep tell me this afternoon that it would still arrive today until I told them according to the tracking info, it has not even left their warehouse. Then promised that it would be here on Saturday because it was shipped over night. Nope, not getting it until Monday the 1st. This may be the last time I ever pre-order through Samsung. Too many hassles.

I even tried to see what chat could do for compensation based on what I have read here, but they only mention $10 credit.

Ordered my S21 w/256gb yesterday - the other 2 S21 models are just to big for me.
I got a trade in for my old Note 8 and a $100 credit + smart tag, YouTube for 4 months + 1150 Samsung reward points

The projected ship is Feb 23rd.

I will still have my S10 - I try to keep my previous phone just in case.

Looking forward to receiving it - new phones are always exciting.

This is probably the lowest price Ive paid for a phone in 6 years - Looking forward to it showing up.

Which one did you order? I'm waiting on to 512 GB Verizon ones. And they kept telling me they assured me today too and we haven't even gotten any shipping information no credit card charges. My husband's canceled button went away a few days ago when it says created but I still have a cancel button They says his was getting ready to go through shipping process and it hasn't. And then they told me they were calling the warehouse and they would get back with me and they never did. .

And today they looked up my ticket number and claims the warehouse says tomorrow and he assures me a hundred percent guaranteed that it's going to be tomorrow and I don't believe it. I still have a canceled button no FedEx information no credit card charges It's crazy. I never know who to order from cuz last time I had so much trouble with Best Buy. And I've never ordered through Verizon cuz we're pretty new to them and came to them with unlocked S10 pluses but I guess next time I'll try them.

Ahhl, finally, the news I was dreading.... Fed ex, despite promising delivery today (southern california), will not be, as the package is in memphis. They offer no reason... But I can't help but think that if samsung had not waited until the 28th to ship, then maybe this wouldn't be a problem. So, no phone til Monday, and I won't be home to get it, so that's even better. Not pleased.

Nothing here neither was promised today then was told it's going to be tomorrow for sure. Them tonight on chat was told not tomorrow theirs a delay now. But my cancel button finally went away. Still no CC charge or Fed Ex info. And the website doesn't even just a date now the delivery of the 29 the is gone.

Edit: Wow I guess you were right his just says label created sent to FedEx and has expected delivery date today. So I guess his isn't coming today that sucks and I guess mine won't be here on Wednesday. It's Crazy! I thought somewhere we saw shipped maybe it was on Samsung site I don't know. I just went to Samsung and it says shipped under track package on mine instead of in process but the Fed-Ex app may be more reliable I don't know.

FedEx isn't going to pick package on weekend. They will pick up from Samsung sometime today and will be scheduled to deliver on Wednesday via FedEx 2 day. And yes FedEx tracking is the right place to check status.
 
I prefer t-mobile one. I have used both and just seem to like better. Besides t-mobile has what 4 apps installed...just uninstall if don't like. Besides get an extra $100 off for t-mobile version.
If you went on TMo's site, you got $800 off with trade in. plus the same credits from Samsung ($100/$150/200).

I ordered from TMo and just used my $100 credit (traded in a S9 which was the oldest model for full $800) for Buds Pro.

Got my phone last Thursday (S21 256GB)
 
FedEx isn't going to pick package on weekend. They will pick up from Samsung sometime today and will be scheduled to deliver on Wednesday via FedEx 2 day. And yes FedEx tracking is the right place to check status.

Mine was actually to be a Saturday pickup according to the label and delivered today with overnight shipping but no movement from Fed ex. Stuck at label created. Probably will be overnight tonight with delivery tomorrow is my guess.

Yes you were right I didn't expect them to ship on the weekend. But we were just looking at FedEx app and it said it was coming today. We didn't know that it just was showing label created It hadn't been shipped yet. But then He got notification this afternoon his was picked up and we'll be here tomorrow.

And I have two tracking numbers one for accessories that says it was picked upv shortly water his but mine won't be here till Wednesday his tomorrow and my phone still hasn't been picked up yet even though it says I'm getting it Wednesday when I open the app. It still has label created so I probably won't get mine till Thursday who knows.

But when I got my text saying that my order had been shipped I got excited thinking it was my phone then I saw that it was just an accessory I think it's the charging brick.
