Just got my order in. Surprised same day on order. Ordered Ultra, black, 512gb (Tmobile). Since no SD got 512. Also, ordering from app gets $260 accessories vs $200 web page.

If you use webpage, rakuten is up to 10%.

128GB base version S21 Ultra phantom black. Was tempting to go with custom colors but the 4-5 week isn't for me . Need it asap as usual.

Will do it for the next 6 months for Samsung phone itch until they drop new one.

For the freebies went with Buds Pro, 3 different cases and charging adapter. Had about $260 credits to use and it was hard to use on items since have most of the stuff.

Just preordered the S21 base model. Oddly, it was only available to order in grey color on Verizon. Not sure why that would be. Got the 256GB version. Don't care about the SD card, I don't come close to filling up my S10 internal 128GB memory anyhow.

Idk I'm having a hell of a time trying to preorder a Verizon ultra. I tried the web and it keeps saying they don't recognize my address even tho it's listed on my account, I tried the app and once I get to the check out page it keeps wanting to redirect me to activating a phone instead of Verizon's website.

Ok, so I just pre-ordered an S21 Ultra through Rakuten, which is offering 10% cash back currently.

Then I canceled the order about an hour later, hoping to get the 10% discount email to reinstate my order. Does anyone know more about how this process works?

Im just dissapointed that it has no expandable memory. Guess ill wait for the new note if they have one or jump ship. I almost pre ordered the ultra but no sd card slot stopped me cold on my tracks.

Same here. Was so excited for the improved camera, 120ghz, better fps. No sd card is a no-deal.

i took me some time to get it just right at samsung.com in order to order the S21 Ultra 512gb.

i wanted the unlocked, 512gb S21 Ultra, and that came with a $700 trade in discount for my current S20 Ultra - weird that they NEVER give you ANY value at all for a higher GB of ram that you trade in, it's as though the ram is worthless when you trade it in!

anyway, there was a $250 freebie that you must use for this order only, i.e. use it right now or lose it.

for that amount, which is generous, i got the Buds Pro, the S-Pen (which i didn't even want), and a 45 Watt Fast Charger.

sadly, the ONLY color that's available is the Black. why wouldn't they even have the silver available, i wonder? that's really quite unfair to ask people to pay the TOP DOLLAR and give them the worst color options, i.e. no color options!

the final total was around $770 including the Samsung Care+ monthly fee. i thought for such a costly phone, just in case i break the glass, it would be helpful to have a quick and easy and fully legit way to fix it!

how's everyone else's experience today in placing this pre-order?

it seems to say that there is some sort of "premium shipping" included in the price, whatever that means. it's mumble jumble talk to not be specific about whether that means FedEx Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air or UPS or ...? they should know by now that enthusiasts like all of us here want our phones immediately/ASAP, so why wouldn't they do NEXT DAY AIR for, say, and additional small upcharge like maybe another $5.95 to just be nice about it? then, they may do a default fall back standard shipping of 2nd Day Air.

I traded in my s20 ultra for the S21 ultra in phantom silver. Unlocked, 128GB.

Missing my pre-order credit but used my $200 on the buds pro and a case for the phone.

I really dislike my s20 ultra. Can't wait to get the new phone.

i dislike the CAMERAS on my S20 Ultra because of the terrible focus issue. i've never had a cellphone camera that can't focus! plus, worse yet, Samsung was NEVER able to fix it during the past 12 months of various firmware updates! that mean it's a difficult hardware issue, right?

Yeah I hate the camera. And I think the weight distribution is off.

Wait you got $250? I was only offered $200 even though I pre-reserved. Hmmmm time to chat with samsung.

I did T-Mobile version and got the $700 and then there was another discount of $100..so $800 off...anyone else?
