S21 Preorder Samsung Online

i see. after being on the TMobile JUMP program, last year, for my S20 Ultra, i went to buy it outright at Samsung for the first time in many years.

so, this time, my trade in phone (the S20 Ultra) is an unlocked Samsung.com purchased phone.

i didn't even realize that there was that extra $100 credit because my phone is an unlocked phone, so i don't have a TMobile/Verizon/ATT phone to trade in.

my total bill was higher than many who posted their final price here, for some reason. i still can't figure out why. including tax, my total was ~$770.

most people's total was around $650, i think.

fyi: mine was the 512gb S21 Ultra.
Did you reserve before launch? There's a code that add $50 onto add on credit.

I didn't get the S21 Ultra, but my final bill is around $500. I'll post screen later.

@X1tymez: I did reserve prior to launch so that's why i got extra value for my freebies bundle, i think.
So these are the details to my tally -

S21 Ultra 512gb: $1379.99 LESS $700 trade in value for my S20 Ultra = $679.99

free Galaxy Smart Tag (didn't ask for it, they just put it in)

Buds Pro (free due to the free $250 value that one may put in the cart and not get charged, but you have to use it right there and then with the purchase or else you'll lose the remainder of the unused portion)

S-Pen (free)

Samsung Care+ $11.99 per month

45 Watt fast charger (free)

taxes $68

TOTAL $770

is this correct or did they give me less of a discount that i could actually get? thanks.

Yeah. That's correct, sale tax killed it for you.

Here's my order total $750. I might flip the S7 Tab for sale. Good deal .

Anyone know if once we get our new phones if they will ship out a pair of wired AKG earbuds for free? I remember they did this with the Note 20 line of phones.

Now that's a deal especially with the Tab S7+(stellar tab btw). These Sammie deals be so hard to pass up. Still holding strong on not ordering but we'll see how long it last

Samsung.com. I ordered them separately from the phone

thanks. i ordered mine in the same order as the phone because that's the only way i could use the $250 freebies allowance.

i haven't seen any shipped out notice yet on my order :( , just says "order placed" next to each accessory.

oh well. hopefully soon! thanks for the heads up.

@X1tymez: thank you for your info.

question please: (looking at your posted screenshot)

why would your 512gb S21 Ultra be $1049 (less $700) and mine was $1379.99 (LESS $700)?

shouldn't our two phones cost exactly the same?

did you order from samsung.com or from one of the providers please

thank you.

I didn't get S21 Ultra :). Make my mistake on S20. Just middle child - S21 plus 256gb.

Yeah I tried to order my 512 Verizon s21 ultra from samsung.com but kept getting errors so I got it from verizon with a 600 credit for an old lg g7 phone and just bought the buds separately

every year, these multi-week waits are painful ;)

as we get closer, we'll all start looking out the window for the UPS or FedEx delivery person or their trucks!

though i do remember that often, not every year, i'd have some type of odd issue with transferring using Smart Transfer. it has to do with checking the wrong boxes or something like that. some things get duplicated or something like that. i no longer recall, but as simple as Smart Transfer is, it hasn't always proven to be trouble-free. i wonder what i might have done wrong?

There's also the option of delivery to a nearby FedEx store (or to Walgreens, if they're still doing that). If that's available in your area, you don't have to worry about missing the delivery (and it may arrive a bit sooner if it's delivered to a store).

This wait will be much shorter than the S20 though.
