S21 Preorder Samsung Online

Mine been out for delivery since 8:00am...still waiting. Says by 8 but Fedex never comes this late (6:30pm)..maybe still will come.

Well I may be getting mine tomorrow, oh well...

I called FedEx again and this time they told me they don’t see a “out for delivery” status, so it may be delivered tomorrow. He didn’t seem to know if I would get it tonight like I was previously told or not.

Nonetheless, my status online hasn’t changed since last night 6p Departing Memphis. But his status said it arrived in my city hub today at 1030a.
 
So fedex called me at 130 today asked if I was home. I said no. I work and I paid for the 5 to 8 pm delivery. Well apparently it was an inconvenience for her driver to wait that long so they took my phone back to the fedex and it won't be delivered today. And now it says delivery date unknown at this time.

Sounds like typical FedEx BS. They didn't even attempt to deliver to my address( no door tag left no knock no truck) and I can't customize delivery thanks to Samsung's ridiculous restrictions. Just says tomorrow by 4:30pm I work at 2... I may not even get my phone.

I called them 3x when I got off work. No one could tell me if they can deliver it tomorrow during the day. I worked day shift today so that is why I scheduled the 5 to 8 pm delivery.
Tomorrow I'm second shift starting at 3 pm so the 5 to 8 window won't work. Ugh. I can't reroute the phone to Walgreens, I can't sign for the phone online, I can't do anything it says restrictions by shipper. So dumb!

That Stinks! Well just our luck we work second shift also and I solve FedEx early this morning and yesterday morning out front for somebody else. So I hope they come Friday early. My husband doesn't have any tracking info yet though and our credit card still haven't been charged even though his canceled button went away and his says created. Mine don't I still have cancel button.

It won't even allow me to pick up at a fedex building because of shipper restrictions lol. Guess samsung doesn't realize people work and can't ask for the day off.

Yeah I really don't understand the restrictions. It has to be signed for with a photo ID at Walgreens who do they think is going to try and pick it up aside from the rightful owner?. If mine goes back to Samsung I guess I'll just keep my S20 plus.
 
Still no movement here at days end... Maybe an update in the AM... Hope the 29th is real... Starting to look pretty definite like Verizon 512s are the last to move...

We're still in the same situation except for husband cancel button went away today mine didn't. But no CC charges he has no shipping info. Both of ours say we will get the 29th.

Received my unlocked S20 Ultra 256 GB in Phantom Black this morning. Came with Galaxy Buds Pro and a new wall charger. We had a lot of snow in our area today and I was concerned delivery might have been delayed. FedEx doesn't screw around!

Have spent all day getting my phone how I like it. Had a little mishap this morning with putting on my Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector as my table somehow became less level than last year. Loca glue spilled out the side of the E-Jig holder. Spent a half hour cleaning off the glass protector, my table and the E-Jig holder. Moved to my counter which was level (made a note of that for next year). Ended up doing what I thought was a complete save installing it again, but after I was done using the UV lamp, there was a little spot by the bottom where the glue didn't stick. Swear I waited the 90 to 120 seconds and let it all spread, and saw it before using the lamp and it looked completely spread. Figure it had something to do with having to wipe all the Loca glue off of it the first time.

Everything else went well, including the Smart Switch process. Used the cable for the first time instead of Wi-Fi and I HIGHLY recommend that method. It transferred over my Samsung calendar successfully this year, unlike last year. Boy that was a mess, and I was relieved this year seeing everything transferred over properly.

I like my Tech 21 Evo Check case. Even called up Samsung and requested a complimentary pair of the AKG wired earbuds. They obliged. The CS agent said I should have them in about a week. Use them for business calls and listening to podcasts.

The Buds Pro I am very impressed with. Wore them during my work out at the gym in the early evening. Still have to get the hang of them fitting in my ear a little better. Feel like all the sounds are more crisp than the Galaxy Buds +, which I really liked. Just like these a little better. And they look pretty clean too.

Only thing that cost me time today is not knowing how to use Samsung Pass correctly. I had to re-log into ALL of my accounts (Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Amazon, etc.). I've read if you learn how to use Samsung Pass properly it will transfer over all of your username and passwords. If someone can verify that for me I would appreciate it. Goal for next year's upgrade is to learn more about Samsung Pass so I don't have to do that.

Battery life has been pretty dang solid so far. Hopefully it will get even better as the phone gets to know my usage patterns, along with software updates that should help optimize the battery some more.

Speaking of that, make sure to do all your updates with the Galaxy Store, Google Play and check for the latest software update.

The back camera module design is A LOT better than the one on my S20 Ultra. Put a Whitestone Dome back camera glass protector on it. Feels a lot more secure and I'm less worried about it getting damaged than I was this past year.

Taking my S20 Ultra to FedEx tomorrow to send back to Samsung. Will miss that phone...but I'm happy to have upgraded. 7th year in a row and every year I learn a little bit more about the process. Happy to share with you all and pay it forward. It's fun learning a lot about the process from everyone as well.

Today was a good day! Hope it was for everyone else.

I don't see how my pre order 512gb Verizon will get here by tomorrow. No shipping yet. App said ship by the 27th, website says delivery by the 29th. Had cancel button disappear on Tuesday morning and nothing since. Called Samsung and they feed you a line of bull like "Some orders ship and delivery same day!" I live in Ohio, no where near a Samsung warehouse. I don't see that happening tomorrow unless they overnight but doubt that! I ordered as early as possible on the 14th!!!

Can you explain this a little more? Just fall samsung and ask for free wired earphones with USB c connector and they will send?! That's all there is to it?

I don’t think I’ll ever order from Samsung again due to their restrictions on shipping and I absolutely hate FedEx. I’ll order from Best Buy or Verizon and pick it up in person. FedEx has mine held with no updated delivery date given. When I call they say it’s pending. Okay??? Useless.
 
Received mine yesterday. Was worried for a second as the last update from FedEx that it left their Memphis, TN facility at 2AM on 1/27, but I still received it with time to spare for the day at 1/27 2:30pm HST. Samsung and FedEx delivered on their 2-Day shipping for me including the Galaxy Buds Pro, Phantom Violet that were originally slated to be shipped in February, but I ended up getting two packages that included them separately at the same time.
 
Fedex is the worst. I rather deal with usps then ever deal with FedEx. It's always something with them.

His is gone but he has no info neither his just says processing still and said created after cancel button went away. No CC charge or anything yet so I'm not counting on tomorrow at all anymore. :-(

Wonder if I can walk into Verizon and get one tomorrow or Best Buy! But than I lose my extra $60 bucks in accessories and BB is only 500 not sure about Verizon for trade in I looked and forgot. This just stinks! The lady from Samsung yesterday gave me a ticket # and said she was calling the warehouse and for me to look out for an email which I never got.

Same here. Nothing yet other than it says in process since Tuesday when the cancel button disappeared.
