S21 Snapdragon not getting updates

Hello !

i have an S21 snapdragon SM-G991U

AP:G991USQS4AUIN
CP:G991USQS4AUIN
CSC:G991UOYN4AUIN

The phone is curently on Android 11 and OneUI 3.1 did not get any update since: May-2021 and everytime i check for update the phone says there is no new updates. We are in june 2022 i think this is not normal

What carrier/ one of the American carriers has issues (I think it's T-Mobile...) and sometimes needs an update through Odin on a PC.

You can manually update the firmware using a computer. There are tutorials and guides all over the internet

my phone is under AT&T carrier, but i dont live in USA and i'm using a local provider (Algeria).
