S21 T-Mobile (and former Sprint) Pre-order, anyone else?

I hope the buds pro fit your ears better than mine. Absolutely the worst fitting galaxy buds I've had. Tried all 3 tips and they constantly fall out of my ears while I'm working out.

I've never had good luck with any buds that don't have the rubber wing tips for working out. The og Galaxy buds would go flying whenever i did anything high intensity. I've been using the under armour flash wireless buds for a year and I couldn't get them to fall out of i tried.

I was just looking at those. Was gonna buy them, but don't want to spend more money on buds. Used my $200 to buy the buds+ 2 pack. I had decent luck with those until the battery started going bad.
 
According to TMobile, the ultra is still on backorder and will ship to me 2/5 - 2/12. It's annoying because it's on stock at my local TMobile store.
That's strange I called over eight stores None of them have anything bigger than the 128.... Which store is this?
 
anybody see any movement for your phone that said ships 1-31 to 2-2

Mine says 1-31 to 2-2 on the app, and 2-1 to 2-3 on myT-Mobile. No movement yet. I haven't gotten my card charged or seen a tracking number in the UPS app.
 
I went directly thru Samsung, traded my S10+ in and Samsung gave me a 550 credit towards my ultra and 200 towards accessories. That's 750 in credits and no upgrade or rate plan change! Tell me what T Mobile is doing better than that deal? The other benefit going thru Samsung direct is I received my phone exactly one week after I pre ordered! The original order date was Jan 20th and my confirmation email said it would arrive Friday the 29th but I received it Wed the 27th with my buds and smart tag! I was very happy!

It's a matter of opinion and/or circumstance. If you're confident you'll be with TMO for another 24 months, then trading in an S10+ (as I am) means you get a total of $800 in credit, plus you can still get the $200 Samsung store credit - so a net of $1k. Pre-orders (not sure if this is still a thing) could also get 50% off any Buds (which I also took advantage for and got Buds Pros for $100).

TMo offered $800 off that phone, plus you got the same store credit that Samsung was offering. If you ordered in store, you got the fair trade in value off the new phone then, and the balance of the $800 in 24 monthly bill credits. Order online, and they give you the instant bill credit, and the balance in 24 payments. Either way, you got full $800 trade in on the S10+, not $550. plus the credits.

I preordered and didn't get buds at 50% off, unless you are counting the store credit. Either way, I snagged the Buds Pro for $41 (after $100, Gov discount, and trade-in of some crappy old unused earbuds).

Yeah, a lot of folks had trouble. I know on r/tmobile some folks were discussing how to get it done. In my case the employee in store saw it wasn't working, we reviewed the fine print, decided it should be, and a manager was able to override it so I paid $100 (plus tax) cash for the Pros.
 
I noticed that the sales side of Sprint's website says the Ultra 256 will now ship same day. I checked My Order page, and it still says 2/17-3/2. So I went into chat and asked why there was a difference. That warehouse person told me the phone was back-ordered. I asked if she knew why it said differently on the sales page, and she just gave me nonsense about me being a "high-priority" customer, and that when items ship they send out emails with tracking numbers.

Then chatted with a sales rep. He said the phone was in stock and ready to ship. He said if I ordered now, I'd have it on Wednesday.

So.....?
 
Brief update here. On the mobile app it still says my phone is shipping 2021-01-31 to 2021-02-02. But on the my T-Mobile website, it's back to 2021-02-17 to 2021-03-03. Good thing I'm not more excited about the S21 Ultra or I'd be legitimately annoyed about this.

All right, I'm gonna wait a week and then cancel to go buy it in a store. I want the pre-order bonus. But if it ships after the end of the month I can't get that anyway, and from what I hear there are already some post-launch deals with T-Mobile now.

Oh, in case anyone is wondering: no credit card charge and no UPS label.

Probably, yes. Mostly I'm just too lazy to pay off my JOD lease. I could pay mine off for $300 at the moment so if I cancel my pre-order, I'm going to do that and just start trading in directly to Samsung in the future.

Same. The fact that Sprint has units in stock for new orders (or so they claim), but are not shipping out pre-orders is making me cranky.

CC got charged over night. Should be in my hands Thursday. S21 ultra 512
 
@ajbrad71 same here. Just got a credit card charge this morning. No UPS label yet but I guess I can expect that in short order now.
 
My 1/16 order for an S21 Ultra 256 and S21+ 128 Silver was updated, but not in an encouraging way.
Originally it was showing an estimate of 2/4-2/11, then on Friday it changed to 2/15-3/1, and today it now shows 2/22-3/8.

Now, this is all in the app, and those dates align with the latest estimated ship date between those two models as reflected on tmobile.com when going through a purchase flow. Logging into my account on the web still shows the original date (one day later there) of 2/5-2/12...so who knows.

I'm going to be quite unhappy if I miss out on the Samsung credits because of this.
