S21 Ultra to Z Fold 3...Anyone else tempted?

Samsung I can trade up to 4 items. Verizon is just one. I not excited to get rid of all my phone's. Verizon's deal let's me keep high end phones as backups.

Sounds like you're leaning towards Verizon. I hear you about backup devices. I'll have my Note 20 as backup and thats plenty. I also have iPhone XR from work so I'm good.

it will take some adjustments having front and main screen but its pocketable tablet which i like

Yeah that would been clear winner , but I still have my Note20U for the work load .

Don't be nervous. I've been flipping over the fold 2 for a year now... you will like it. Just give the front screen some learning curve time, you will use the inside screen more anyway.

Do the front & internal screens come with factory fitted screen protectors?

If so the likes of the Spigen Tough Armor case looks like it could be a good investment:

I don't see the need or urge to get any kind of foldable device. First off the reviews are horrible and you have to be careful with both types to not damage the screen.

Just don't see the need it's a fad at this point IMHO.

You will get that flimsy screen protector from Samsung on both screens Pre installed if same as the ZF2

I haven't seen any bad reviews. I've seen upgrading from the fold 2 to the fold 3 is a small upgrade, but that's said about every phone every year.

There are good and bad but the bad really shows the weak point on the devices. Foldable devices are not ready for prime time yet and Samsung knows that you can see the price reduction for both devices they want to get them in the hands of more people.

My current and two prior Samsung devices were fine no issues that could not be easily corrected. I drop my quite often and these foldables would not handle it as well as the current devices.
TMobile offered me a great deal on the Samsung flip but I took a pass.

Well I have it and it's just fine. I have dropped mine also. It's fine, folding isn't for everyone, Samsung knows that and that's why they are keeping the S series

Most of the negative stuff for the fold 2 didn't start popping up until about 6 months in when people screens started cracking at the fold.
