Tried to do the milky way tonight but haze made light refract too much to get a decent shot. Did get Scorpius and Cygnus in. Crude drawing for reference on Cygnus.

Also in with Cygnus is the head of Draco-- the polygonal shapes cluster to the left, and delphinus a smaller polygonal shaped cluster to tbe right of Cygnus. And Vega, the single brighter star up to the upper left of the head of Cygnus.

Made the drawing for reference on Cygnus

I took these from a distance of about 7 feet from the dragonfly. Pixel 6 Pro couldn't do this.

A trio of early ripening scuffadines. Rest are still green.

New resident creepy crawley. Different species from the last. But it was a lot harder to get decent shots this time because for some reason my camera has started to lag, particularly if flash is being used. It'd even slow to pick changes in exposure value-- like I'll dial exposure way down bur it still takes it like 5 seconds to do it. And autofocus has seemed to become an issue as well. I tried clearing the cache and restarting but that brought no change. It was even difficult to snap those scuffadine pictures earlier due to lag problems

Took my doggie out for his evening constitutional a few minutes ago, and this guy was at the front door.
