I have just bought the S22 ultra and playing just the Angry birds Evolution. Game freezes during loading a battle or crashes randomly. Has anyone experienced that or know what I can tweak to fix it? I play same game on a Samsung Galaxy A41, a Realme 5 Pro and a TCL 20+ with no issues ever! Please help

Welcome to Android Central! If you're not sure if the game was installed from the Play Store or not, uninstall it, then open the Play Store app and search for the game there and reinstall it. The reason we ask this is that sideloading apps (i.e., installing them as apk files from less well-regulated sources) can lead to glitches (and, at worse, malware). I always recommend installing apps from the Play Store.

Thank you for the welcome and the reply/advice and I agree. However, recently Rovio updated game where all free videos related to ads crash and therefore 80% of the ABE (Angry Birds Evolution) world on Android have reverted back to older version of game and yes it is an APK download thru APKPure. I am in a big ABE community and none is facing this issue but only two ppl - myself and one other both owners of S22 Ultra. I have reverted to the past game version on my other phones and still no issues there.
Those freezes are device related and I am looking for android techie advise, coz I am not that knowledgeable. I try on my own through a lot of reading on the net.

Your English is fine!:)

But I think the main problem here is the fact that you sideloaded the game. There's really nothing else we can do to troubleshoot. My best advice to you is to keep sending feedback to Rovio about the crashing ads. I experienced something like this with Asphalt 9 -- I sent Gameloft feedback, and after a while, the crashing ads issue did seem to resolve. Was it my feedback that was ultimately responsible? Probably not, but since there was probably a whole lot of other players sending in that feedback, it all adds up.

ABE is an abandoned game from Rovio, game havent been updated for two years and recent update was given just to keep it in Play store, no changes in the game whatsoever apart that all ads crash device/OS indepedent. :-\ Still we are some playing it for quite a while and not want to let go yet. Update was given Apr 5th and a ton of feedback has been sent to fix the crashing ads like for two years all asking to give us a real update, something new to the game and nothing LOL.
Like I said, I have reverted to older version on my Galaxy A41 and couple other phones with no game issues. I run a Discord server of 300 players with almost all having reverted to older version and no one is facing this issue.
Now if you are trying to tell me that S22 Ultra is more "sensitive" from all other phones like the S20 Ultra note and so many others used, then what can I say? Imo it is device related issue. Maybe RAM needs to be tweaked, not at 4GB maybe at 8 or 2? maybe some other option under developer settings that might do the trick..? I was looking a more techie insight :'(

We'll see if there's anyone else who might be more knowledgeable about this kind of tweaking. It could be something to do with the S22 Ultra's CPU (whether it's the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or the Exynos 2200). The other phones you mentioned do not use these CPUs. Perhaps something in the instruction sets for these newer chips does not play well with this game that was abandoned by its developer (and therefore not constantly updated for newer chips).
