For testing try uninstalling good lock then reboot see if it's still happening?

and btw i didnt actually change the theme. all i used was Notification Panels in Theme Park. the rest is default.

I would try uninstalling and reboot to test it out never know sometimes these things go wonky

just uninstalled Theme Park,rebooted the phone and still the same as before... good for a few times before showing up again...

Report it to Samsung and we wait untill next update see if it's working otherwise we can try more things but are more involved.
