S3 cannot access menu or anything after hard reset .

[AC Question]

I was getting pop ups occasionally saying "unfortunately, samusung account has stopped.

I decided to do a hard reset and try to start all over again.

now, as soon as turned on, instant pop ups,

Unfortunately:

google account manager has stopped
Samsung account has stopped
google play has stopped
google newsstand, hang outs....ect

I cannot even get past the initial welcome screen now.

Help
