Is there a setting to keep the screen on when the phone is being charged?

It should be under Developer Options. If you don't have Developer Options activated yet, go to Settings>About Phone, and tap on Build Number about 7 times in a row. It will tell you that you're almost a developer while you're tapping, then it will tell you that you are now a developer. Go back one menu, and now select Developer Options. Turn the switch On at the upper right, then check "Stay Awake."

Thanks for the info. After the 4.2 update, I lost the developer option and didn't know or forgot how to turn it back on.
