S4 Camera features are missing

Its unlocked.
I dont have a carrier on mine.
And exactly! I don't know how to fix it though!

Are you in the States or another country?

And even if the phone is unlocked, you must have a carrier to give you service, hence my question.

First , I thought its Galaxy S4 Mini or something.

Its not galaxy s4 but again model number says i9500.

So I think its fake one.

Hate to say it, but this seems most likely. None of the screens OP has posted look like my phone. Mine's the i9505, but they should be the same

Stargate, you got 3625 posts. I hope the rest of your advice is better than this one. She has her phone in "Easy" mode which hides a lot of apps settings as well as a simplified home screen.

Look at Bushra's screenshot below your post. Then look at my screenshot at bottom, mine is with Easy Mode on.

You'll see they are not even alike!

There is no Mode option at all, even in the settings

I am suffering from the same problem. I bought a brand-new Samsung 4S (GT-19505, 4.2.2) a couple of months ago. All the camera functions worked at the beginning, but I lost some of them after a month or so. For example, there is no dual camera function now, and I cannot zoom in when I use camera modes.

Any suggestions?

Have you checked if you are on Easy Mode?

I have a similar same issue. I'm NOT on easy mode, never have been, never will be. I went to the settings within the camera and reset the camera settings. Everything came back..........for a second..... then a message poped up about burst shot and **POOF** I'm back to only six options. Also, a couple of my albums disappeard about the same time i noticed the modes were MIA.
When I reset the settings, those came back, and stayed ....so far
