s4 charger

i just upgraded to the s4 from s2!

in the uk the s4 charger output is 5v 2a

is it ok to charge the s4 with the s2 charger output of 5v 0.7a??

thats no problem at all. Only difference is that charging fully will take a bit longer (with 2A >2 hours and with 0.7A >4 hours), but battery will be better charged and will last about 25% longer.
I always charge my phones while Off, and even when on screen shows 100% leaving it for another 10 min.

Have in mind that if you use the phone while charging, it'll take even longer to charge and more then likely it'll keep on discharging while you use it and charge it at the same time with the S2 charger.

It'll work, but not that great if you're looking for 1) to use it while charging and b) a quick charge. Also the cable makes a difference, my S4 struggles to charge using the old SII usb cable in the S4 adapter

You're right. I am using my old HTC charger (nice glowing HTC logo) from HTC Diamond and the old thick USB cable and is perfect. Almost throw it out, but kept it and now I am glad to have it...
