Which version of the S4 does T-Mobile's sell, is it considered the Google Play Edition?

Nope, it's the T-Mobile version. It has it's own part number (SGH-M919) and is fully TouchWized-up. It's no closer to the GPE than any other carrier's S4.

Yeah u have to flash a rom if u want aosp on your normal s4.

Why am I no longer able to move apps to my SD card after the 4.3 update?

How were you able to do it before hand? The T-Mobile S4 didn't have that ability until the 4.3 update.

Google Play Music can not see my SD card anymore, says it has been removed. Initially worked after update. Also, apps saved to my SD card cannot be updated, have to move to internal storage first, then cannot move back to external storage. Please help.....

I solved my issue by performing disk repair using my PC.
