S4 keeps making double copy of ringtone

First off I used spaces in the ringtone name and saw it created a copy without spaces so I decided to try that. I saved it and went to ringtones to see that there was still another copy of my ringtone with the same name. When I try deleting one it deletes the other too so I'm stuck with two copies of the same thing
