I bought a second hand S4 mini which has a Back button light out that never comes on and the button itself only works briefly. I can get the button working usually by changing the settings from 1.5 seconds to 6 seconds inside Device - Display settings. This never last long. I have also factory reset it. I also do not have any power saving options on and have used the accessibility options to try and get it back to normal to no avail. When it does work, it is perfect and does not need a heavy touch.
Does anyone know anything else to try? I have read a lot of posts online and they all talk about settings changes, power saving changes and everything ive already mentioned above.
