S4 Mini keeps turning screen on.

Hi!
My 2014 Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini has developed a new problem.
Even if left alone on a table, the screen wakes up every 10 minutes for 5 seconds, then switches off again...
Sometimes it can happen more frequently.

Occasionally, with the phone in a pocket, the 'S-Voice' screen comes up, complaining about not finding a connection...

Any suggestions about causes or fixes?

I tried a Factory Reset and I removed my SD card, but have no further ideas.

I really would like to get this little old phone working well again, as all the others are too big!

The Home button might be faulty, registering false presses. From what I can tell, pressing Home twice in a row activates S Voice, so that could also explain the S Voice issue. You'd probably have to bring it to a repair shop so they can take a look at the button.

I agree that the trend towards big and tall screens has gotten out of hand, but I would strongly advise against using such an old phone. There are likely a number of unpatched security flaws, and you will also encounter more and more incompatibility with major apps as the API levels that the phone has get deprecated.
