S4 Samsung Account FRP Problem

So I have a S4(Verizon) that I have reset, not realizing FRP was on. Afterwards I forgot my password, to which I went and changed it.... Well when I enter the correct password to log in to... I get Processing Failed. How can I gain access to my phone. I tried to do Cynogen Mod, But it failed.
