S4 Samsung Galaxy-defective- totally stopped working

I just got new S4, and it just stopped working after 6 days of use!!!
it is always on the samsung welcome screen and overheating.
The problem is that neither Samsung or Bouygues (operator) are willing to give me a new phone, they just want to take it to repair service department- where the check and repair procedure takes a month.
I certainly did not expect such a bad customer service policy from #Samsung, i am very disappointed and frustrated.
If someone has ever had this problem before, would you please advise me?
 
I heard of many similar issues with Galaxy S4, Samsung should take immediate action before it's too late.
 
My galaxy 4 did the same thing yesterday, now I have no cell phone AND it is only 2 weeks old!!! SAMSUNG, ARE YOU LISTENING!!!! I am going to take it back to point of purchase, where luckily I took out a service plan, however, I better be satisfied with their help or Samsung will be hearing from me. is there no longer such a thing as QUALITY control?? Yeesh!
 
I have same problem, call drops every 3-4 mins and when I asked for replacement they say they cannot replace even if it is under warranty and will change the motherboard. I asked for extended warranty of 1 year from the day I accept it back from customer service canter with changed motherboard and there is no response from their customer care.

Pathetic customer service and aftersales by Samsung.
