S5 Freezing/Locking Up

[AC Question]

Typed a reply text and screen froze. Can't send or go back with home key. Can receive incoming calls and can hear notification pings of incoming text/emails. Have tried powering off and can not do that either. HELP! - Have only had phone short of 3 weeks.

Remove the battery. Re-start the phone and see if that helps at all.
